Over the years, calpine has built a reputation of being able to staff and manage complex projects from start to finish. We have taken full responsibility for development, delivery and integration of many of our client's most critical systems.

Calpine technologies believes in adhering to proven methodologies, developed from best practice, to insure success. Our goal is to create the right application, using the necessary technologies, and deliver it with detailed documentation and full knowledge transfer. This is done so the client will be able to support and maintain the application, without the need to keep the consultants on for the life of the system.

When engaging on a project, we generally involve the following people. The first is the Account Executive. This person will be the main point of contact for all client needs. Next is the Project Manager, who will be responsible for the project team, schedule, and process. Third is a Quality Assurance Engineer who will work with the client from the start to help define requirements and determine needs.

It insures that the finished product meets the users' expectations. Finally, we engage Software Engineers that communicate with client stake holders and internal technical staff. We assemble a team based on the size and scope of the project.
